Minutes:

  1. Approve the minutes from the Commissioners’ Court regular meeting held June 14, 2022.
  2. Approve the minutes from the Commissioners’ Court regular meeting held June 21, 2022.

Public Forum:

  1. Open the floor for public forum. (Public comments, announcements and presentations will be limited to a maximum of three (3) minutes, unless a member of the court requests additional time for the presenter.)
6.

Library Request:

  1. Discuss and consider approving an application to be submitted for the ILL Lending Reimbursement 2022 Grant Program.
7.

Department Monthly Reports:

  1. Hear a four week attendance report from Randy Rowe, ACYRC Director.
8.

Fund 47:

  1. Discuss and consider approving a reimbursement in the amount of $5,580.19 to Randall Roberts for expenses incurred with the Christmas Show project to be paid out of Fund 47, Legacy Fund.
9.

Fund 14:

  1. Discuss and consider approving Contractor Payment Application Payment No. 1 in the amount of $1,020,553.20 from CK Newberry LLC for road improvements in Precinct 3 to be paid from Fund 14, TIF Grant Fund.
  2. Discuss and consider approving Contractor Payment Application Payment No. 2 in the amount of $1,271,729.08 from CK Newberry LLC for road improvements in Precinct 2 to be paid from Fund 14, TIF Grant Fund.

Precinct 3 Request:

  1. Discuss and consider approving Precinct No. 3 Annual Road Report.
  2. Discuss and consider allowing County employees time to help move artifacts to the Ranch House Museum before July 15, 2022 deadline.

Airport Request:

  1. Discuss and consider approving the Master Agreement for Professional Services, Project No, 22A11971, From Garver, LLC.
  2. Discuss and consider approving the Texas Department of Transportation Airport Project Participation Agreement to increase the grant by $39,000 for additional engineering fees, Amendment No. 1. 
12.

Human Resource Request:

  1. Discuss and consider approving the updated Andrews County Employee Handbook.
13.

County Auditor Reports:

  1. Discuss and consider approving the County Auditor's Monthly Report to Commissioners' Court and District Judge as provided by Local Government Code Section 114.024 and 114.025 hereby identified as the Red Book.
  2. Consider approving the various budget amendments for the 2021-2022 Budget year under Local Government Code 111.010(d).
  3. Consider approving the payment of financial obligations and payroll for Andrews County and cancel all warrants.
