  1. Approve the minutes from the Commissioners’ Court regular meeting held June 14, 2022.

Public Forum:

  1. Open the floor for public forum. (Public comments, announcements and presentations will be limited to a maximum of three (3) minutes, unless a member of the court requests additional time for the presenter.)
6.

Fund 47:

  1. Discuss and consider approving final draw on Invoice No. 203 in the amount of $30,772.67 from Reliable Construction representing the final progress billing for building to remodel the Ranch House Museum at Legacy Park to be paid from Fund 47, Legacy Fund.
  2. Discuss and consider approving Invoice 83998658 in the amount of $9,850.00 from AireServe for HVAC installation at the Ranch House Museum at Legacy Park to be paid from Form 47, Legacy Fund.
  3. Discuss and consider approving Invoice No. 246 in the amount of $1,667.50 from Reliable Construction for additional improvements to Ranch House Museum at Legacy Park to be paid from Fund 47, Legacy Fund.

Fund 125:

  1. Discuss and consider approving Project No 2233 from Corral Environmental Consulting Inc. for asbestos abatement of the District Clerks Office in the amount of $41,106 from the ARPA Fund.

Health Insurance Committee Request:

  1. Discuss and consider approving the recommendation from Lloyd Eisenrich and the insurance committee for the Andrews County Employee Health Insurance Plan Renewal for August 1, 2022 through July 31 , 2023.

Declare As Salvage, Pursuant To Local Government Code 263.152 (A)(3):

  1. Discuss and consider approving to declare as salvage to be disposed the following items from the James Roberts Center; Stoves/Ovens, no asset tag #.
  2. Discuss and consider approving to declare as salvage to be destroyed the following item from the Old Jail; Stackable Washer/Dryer, asset tag # 10104.

Declare As Surplus, Pursuant To Local Government Code 263.152(a)(1):

  1. Discuss and consider approving to declare as surplus to be sold at auction the following items from the Parks Department; White Trailer, Air Compressor Truck Bed Trailer, Jaguar Air Compressor, Ditch Witch 2310, and Blue Ford Tractor, no asset tag #'s.
  2. Discuss and consider approving to declare as surplus to be sold at auction the following items from the Golf Course; Ford 531 Tractor, asset tag #3194, and 1995 Chevy S10, asset tag #6986.
  3. Discuss and consider approving to declare as surplus to be sold at auction the following items from Sanitation; 2001 Ford Crown Victoria, asset tag #7729.

County Auditor Reports:

  1. Consider approving the various budget amendments for the 2021-2022 Budget year under Local Government Code 111.010(d).
  2. Consider approving the payment of financial obligations and payroll for Andrews County and cancel all warrants.
