Hear

the presentation of and consider approving the Investment report for the fiscal quarter ending March 31, 2021 as presented by the Andrews County Investment Committee in accordance with the Public Funds Investment Act Chapter 2256 Texas Government Code.

Hear

request from Dana Bonham, Director of the Andrews County Library to close library Saturday, May 29, 2021 due to Memorial Day (County Holiday) Monday, May 31, 2021 and take action as necessary. 
6.

Hear

request from Suzanne Rowland, 4-H Extension Agent, to hire a secretary to be trained by the outgoing secretary for two (2) weeks. Take action as necessary. 
7.

Open the floor for public forum Public comments, announcements and presentations will be limited to a maximum of three (3) minutes, unless a member of the court requests additional time for the presenter.

Approve

the minutes from the previous meetings of Commissioners' Court held May 4, 2021 and May 5, 2021. 
9.

Discuss and consider

approving Invoice No. 9700 in the amount of $27,750.00 from Rubio's Paving for asphalt repair and re-striping for the Legacy Park Project, to be paid from Fund 47, Legacy Fund. 
10.

Discuss and consider

approving the Interlibrary Loan (ILL) Lending Reimbursement 2021 with the Texas Library and Archives Commission for Andrews County Library.

Discuss and consider

approving a request from Justin Cheyne, Director of Parks and Maintenance to upgrade and install Baseball Field Security and Wireless access points as described in CTSI Contract No.017844 in the amount of $18,853.13, CTSI Contract No.017869 for running the cable in the amount of $7,288.27 and CTSI Contract No.017926 for a Proxim Bridge in the amount of $5,930.88, at the Lake Side Baseball Park, for a total of $32,072.28 to be paid out of Fund 47, Legacy Fund. 
12.

Discuss and consider

approving Invoice 1020 from McNeill Sport Turf LLC in the amount of $38,189.00 for final retainage costs at the Lakeside Baseball Parks to be paid from Fund 47, Legacy Fund. 
13.

Discuss and consider

approving Application and Certificate for Payment No.8 in the amount of $136,581.33 from Pharr & Company for construction services at Legacy Park to be paid from Fund 47, Legacy Fund.  
14.

Consider approving the various budget amendments for the 2020-2021 Budget year under Local Government Code 111.010(d).

15.

Consider approving the payment of financial obligations and payroll for Andrews County and cancel all warrants.

16.

Entertain a motion to adjourn.
