Discuss and consider

approving the installation of traffic control devices being a 2-way stop at SE 501 & SE 1200.

Award

and Recognize-SERC Honor Roll Employee of the Year. 
7.

Hear

request from Yovana Perez to extend the hours of operation at the James Robert Center from 12:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. on May 29, 2021 and take action as necessary. 
8.

Hear

request from Robert Marlar to abandon an undeveloped easement located at West Side 3090 NW 401, and formerly named Willow Ave in the Town and Country Acres Plat, Slide No. 132 and take action as necessary. 
9.

Discuss and consider

approving Rick Doyle for the use of the Andrews County Courthouse front lawn on May 6, 2021 from noon until 1:00p.m. for the National Day of Prayer event, also the use of sound a system along with 25 chairs and to display a banner at the Andrews County Courthouse from May 4-6, 2021.

Discuss and consider

approving a tax abatement agreement entered into by and among the City of Andrews, County of Andrews, Andrews County Hospital District with HLC Custom Processing LLC for a period of three (3) years beginning January 1, 2022. 
11.

Review

and discuss a proposed contract, policies and application for the rental of Andrews County's ballparks and take action as necessary. 
12.

Open the floor for public forum Public comments, announcements and presentations will be limited to a maximum of three (3) minutes, unless a member of the court requests additional time for the presenter.

Approve

the minutes from the previous meetings of Commissioners' Court held April 27, 2021 and Notice of Quorum April 28, 2021.

Discuss and consider

approving Krista Aguero from Tax Office, Deputy pay grade 3, step 11 at a rate of $21.20 an hour to Library Clerk pay grade 1, step 15 at a rate of $20.88 an hour, effective May 6, 2021. 
15.

Discuss and consider

approving the full-time employment of Zach Holley for the position of a Juvenile Probation Officer pay grade 10, step 3 at a rate of $22.10 an hour, effective May 4, 2021 for the Andrews County Juvenile Probation Office.

Discuss and consider

promoting Crystal Ortiz from RN with Associates Degree pay grade 12, step 23 at a rate of $34.10 an hour to RN with a Bachelors Degree pay grade 18, step 10 at a rate of $35.30 an hour effective May 6, 2021 for the Andrews County Health Department.

Discuss and consider

approving to declare as salvage to be destroyed the following items from the Andrews County District Judge's Office, pursuant to Local Government Code Chapter 263.152(a)(3): Asset Tag#8740 (Dell Optiplex 755) and No Asset Tag (HP Laserjet P1006).

Discuss and consider

approving to promote Everardo Chuca from Jail Captain pay grade 14, step 9 at a rate of $28.40 an hour to Jail Captain pay grade 14, step 10 at a rate of $28.95 an hour, for the completion of the Master Jailer Certification, effective May 6, 2021 for the Andrews County Sheriff's Office.

Discuss and consider

approving to promote Janet M. Harrelson from Jailer I pay grade 8, step 13 at a rate of $25.04 an hour to Jailer II pay grade 10, step 10 at a rate of $25.95 an hour, for the completion of the Intermediate Jailer Certification, effective May 6, 2021 for the Andrews County Sheriff's Office.

Discuss and consider

approving to promote Jailey Johnson from Basic Dispatcher pay grade 7, step 10 at a rate of $23.28 an hour to Dispatcher II pay grade 8, step 10 at a rate of $23.78 an hour, for the completion of the Intermediate Telecommunicator Certification, effective May 6, 2021 for the Andrews County Sheriff's Office.

Discuss and consider

approving to promote Megan Adkins from Basic Dispatcher pay grade 7, step 10 at a rate of $23.28 an hour to Dispatcher II pay grade 8, step 10 at a rate of $23.78 an hour, for the completion of the Intermediate Telecommunicator Certification, effective May 6, 2021 for the Andrews County Sheriff's Office.

Discuss and consider

approving to declare as surplus to be sold the following items from the Andrews County Sheriff's Office, pursuant to Local Government Code Chapter 263.152(a)(3): Asset Tag# 4972 (2003 Ford Crown Victoria), Asset Tag# 8777 (2010 Ford Crown Victoria), Asset Tag# 8410 (2007 Ford F-150), Asset Tag# 9284 (2013 Chevrolet Tahoe), Asset Tag# 9460 (2014 Chevrolet Tahoe), and Asset Tag # 9662 (2015 Chevrolet Tahoe).
23.

Discuss and consider

approving to declare as salvage to be destroyed the following items from the Andrews County Library, pursuant to Local Government Code Chapter 263.152(a)(3): Asset Tag# 9439 (HP Compag Pro 6300 Desktop), Asset Tag# 8397 (HP Compaq Desktop), Asset Tag# 9438 (HP Compaq Desktop), Asset Tag# 8574 (Dell Monitor), and Asset Tag# 9066 (Dell Optiplex). 
24.

Discuss and consider

approving Quote #12444-Revised with Premier Fence in the amount of $24,225.32 for security fence at the Andrews County Airport, to be paid out of Fund 91, Ramp Grant Fund.
25.

Consider approving the various budget amendments for the 2020-2021 Budget year under Local Government Code 111.010(d).

26.

Consider approving the payment of financial obligations and payroll for Andrews County and cancel all warrants.

27.

Entertain a motion to adjourn.
