the minutes from the previous meetings of Commissioners' Court held April 13, 2021 and Notice of Quorum April 14, 2021.

Discuss and consider

approving the revised 2021 Golf Tournament Schedule.

Discuss and consider

opening Section 40 in the Andrews County Cemetery.

Discuss and consider

approving the full-time employment of Crystal Espino for the position of Court Clerk pay grade 1, step 10 at a rate of $18.78 an hour, effective April 20, 2021 for the Andrews County Justice of the Peace 1.

Discuss and consider

approving the part-time employment of William "Kye" Kupkufske for the position of Greenskeeper pay grade 2, step 1 at a rate of $16.00 an hour, effective April 20, 2021 for the Andrews County Golf Course.

Discuss and consider

approving to transfer Krista Aguero from the Andrews County Tax Office to the Andrews County Library as a Clerk, pay grade 1, step 17 at a rate of $21.72 an hour, effective April 20, 2021.
13.

Discuss and consider

approving two quotes in the amounts of $250,033.30 and $47,631.13 from WW Manufacturing Co. for livestock panels and storage racks at the ACE Arena purchased under TIPS-USA Region 8 Interlocal Agreement Contract 200501 to be paid out of Fund 47, Legacy Fund.

Discuss and consider

waiving the immunization administration fee for vaccines provided during National Infant Immunization Week from April 24, 2021 to May 1, 2021 at the Andrews County Health Department.

Discuss and consider

approving a Proclamation declaring the week of  April 24, 2021 to May 1, 2021, Andrews County National Infant Immunization Week. 
16.

Discuss and consider

approving an agreement between Andrews County Health Department and The University of Texas Permian Basin (College) for development and advanced training opportunities and to exchange expertise on patient care and staff development matters, effective April 1, 2021 to March 30, 2023. 
17.

Discuss and consider

approving to declare as surplus to be sold the following item from the Andrews County Youth Center, pursuant to Local Government Code Chapter 263.152(a)(1): Asset Tag#4705 (1990 GMC Sierra 1500 Pickup).
18.

Discuss and consider

approving Invoice 201 from Dreamworks Construction in the amount of $79,100.00 for the retainage of construction costs for buildings and plumbing at the Lakeside Baseball Parks to be paid from Fund 47, Legacy Fund. 
19.

Consider approving the various budget amendments for the 2020-2021 Budget year under Local Government Code 111.010(d).

20.

Consider approving the payment of financial obligations and payroll for Andrews County and cancel all warrants.

21.

Entertain a motion to adjourn.
