Andrews County Community Supervision and Corrections Department (CSCD) provides supervision for offenders beginning at age 17. The department supervises felony and misdemeanor offenses along with Pre-Trial Agreements and provides community service supervision for offenders from many other courts. The department is responsible for the collection and distribution of victim restitution. The CSCD is operated under the direct supervision of the 109th Judicial District Judge John L. Pool.
