presentation from Brian Yarbrough, Project Developer with Broad Reach Power regarding the proposed development of the Battery Energy Storage System Project, planned to be constructed in Andrews County.

Public comments, announcements and presentations will be limited to a maximum of three (3) minutes, unless a member of the court requests additional time for the presenter.

Approve

the minutes from the previous meeting of Commissioners' Court held November 17, 2020.

Discuss and consider

certifying Design Criteria and Specifications for the Andrews County Transportation Infrastructure Fund 2020 Sealcoat Program, TxDOT Contract No. CTIF-02-002 as prepared by Maverick Engineering.

Discuss and consider

approving the final plat and drainage plan on a 10.00 acre tract of land in the Section 20, Block 3, Public School Land, Andrews County, known as the Shane Jay Way.

Discuss and consider

approving the preliminary plat and drainage study on a plat of land being 26.63 acres out of the remaining 148.48 acres out of the NE/4 Section 24, Block 3, Public School Land, Andrews County, Texas known as the Romero Estates.

Discuss and consider

approving to declare as salvage to be destroyed the following items from the Andrews County Clerk's Office, pursuant to Local Government Code Chapter 263.152(a)(3): Asset Tag #9442 (HP Compaq All in One PC), Asset Tag #9444 (HP Compaq Pro 4300 All in One PC), and Asset Tag #9504 (HP Pro 600 All in One PC).

Discuss and consider

accepting the letter for Notice of Abatement Commencement of the 2W Permian Solar, LLC project to begin January 1, 2021.

Discuss and consider

approving to pay election workers for state mandated manual recount.
14.

Discuss and consider

approving to waive the rental and deposit fees for the James Robert Center on December 15 & 16, 2020 for the Operation Blessing food and toy giveaway. 
15.

Discuss and consider

approving the Construction Agreement with Mid-Tex of Midland in the amount of $43,975.00 for materials and installation of new flooring at the County Clerk's, Elections Administration and Human Resources Offices to be paid from Fund 15, Capital Improvements Fund. 
16.

Discuss and consider approving the County Auditor's Monthly Report to Commissioners' Court and District Judge as provided by Local Government Code Section 114.024 and 114.025 hereby identifed as the Red Book.

17.

Consider approving the various budget amendments for the 2020-2021 Budget year under Local Government Code 111.010(d).

18.

Consider approving the payment of financial obligations and payroll for Andrews County and cancel all warrants.

19.

Entertain a motion to adjourn.
