approving to waive the rental fees for the Andrews County Expo on December 16-19, 2020 for Gary Rawls' drive-thru Christmas Nativity Scene display.

Approve the minutes

from the previous meetings of Commissioners' Court held November 10,2020 and November 12, 2020, Notice of Quorum. 
7.

Discuss and consider

approving a request of $13,635.00 for 909 wreaths to fund the Wreaths Across America Project sponsored by the Daughters of the American Revolution as approved by the Andrews Legacy Committee
8.

Hear

request from Dana Bonham, Director, Andrews County Library to close the library on the following Saturdays: November 28, 2020, December 26, 2020 and January 2, 2021; and to change the hours of operation on the following days:  November 23-24, 2020 to 9 am–6 pm,  November 25, 2020 to 9 am–5 pm, December 21-22, 2020 to 9 am–6 pm, December 23, 2020 to 9 am–5 pm, December 28-30, 2020 to 9 am–6 pm and December 31, 2020 to 9 am–5 pm and take action as necessary.

Discuss and consider

paying election workers for the November 3, 2020 General Election.

Discuss and consider

canvassing the official votes the official votes for the November 3, 2020 general election.

Discuss and consider

extending the Declaration of Local Disaster for Public Health Emergency until 11:59 P.M. December 20,2020.

Discuss and consider

approving the transfer of an Asphalt Zipper (Asset Tag # 8615) and trailer from Andrews County Precinct 2 to Andrews County Precinct 1.
13.

Discuss and consider

approving to declare as salvage to be destroyed the following items from Andrew County Precinct 2, pursuant to Local Government Code Chapter 263.152(a)(3): No Asset Tags (30 shop lights 400 watt).
14.

Discuss and consider

approving the part-time employment of Cristal M. Wilson for the position of a Cook, pay grade 1, step 1 at the rate of $15.00 an hour, effective November 17, 2020 for the Andrews County Sheriff's Office.

Discuss and consider

approving the full-time employment of Luz Lopez for the position of LVN, pay grade 8, step 11 at the rate of $24.20 an hour, effective November 17, 2020 for the Andrews County Health Department.

Discuss and consider

approving the annual membership agreement between Andrews County and the AirMedCare Network in the amount of $88,734.00 effective January 4, 2021.

Discuss and consider

approving Invoice #5819-11102020 in the amount of $88,734.00 from AirMedCare Network for the Andrews County Annual Membership fee, to be paid from Fund 39, County Portion of Waste Control Specialist Funds.

Discuss and consider

approving Task Order No. 2020-001 Contract with Maverick Engineering for Construction Management-related services for the County Forces CTIF 2020 Project.
19.

Discuss and consider

approving Task Order No. 2020-002 Contract with Maverick Engineering for Construction Management-related services for the Competitive Bid projects for CTIF 2020 Project.
20.

Discuss and consider

approving the Interlocal Agreement between Andrews County and Lubbock County to provide court-appointed council to individuals charged with the offense of capital murder, effective January 1, 2021 through September 30, 2021.
21.

Consider approving the various budget amendments for the 2020-2021 Budget year under Local Government Code 111.010(d).

22.

Consider approving the payment of financial obligations and payroll for Andrews County and cancel all warrants.

23.

Entertain a motion to adjourn.
