Approve

the minutes from the previous meetings of Commissioners' Court held October 20, 2020 and October 22, 2020 Notice of Special Meeting.

Discuss and consider

approving the annual audit for the Fiscal Year 2020 Chapter 59 Asset Forfeiture Report ending September 30, 2020 for the Andrews County Constables, pursuant to Criminal Procedure Code 59.06(g)(k).
8.

Discuss and consider

approving the annual audit for the Fiscal Year 2020 Chapter 59 Asset Forfeiture Report ending August 31, 2020 for the Andrews County and District Attorney's Office, pursuant to Criminal Procedure Code 59.06(g)(k).
9.

Discuss and consider

approving to declare as salvage to be destroyed the following item from the Andrews County District Clerk's Office. pursuant to Local Government Code Chapter 263.152(a)(3):Asset Tag #8074 (HP LaserJet 4250 Printer).

Discussion

and appropriate action regarding entering into an Agreement with GrantWorks, Inc. for project delivery services for the County Transportation Infrastructure Fund (CTIF) grant program.
11.

Discuss and consider

approving the statement of work, invoicing information, and annual service agreement in the amount of $5,966.00 with DBT Transportation for the AWOS (Automated Weather Observation System) located at the Andrews County Airport to be paid with the TXDOT RAMP Grant, effective September 1, 2020 for a period of 5 years.
12.

Discuss and consider

approving the County Auditor's Monthly Report to Commissioners' Court and District Judge as provided by Local Government Code Section 114.024 and 114.025 hereby identifed as the Red Book.
13.

Consider approving the various budget amendments for the 2020-2021 Budget year under Local Government Code 111.010(d).

14.

Consider approving the payment of financial obligations and payroll for Andrews County and cancel all warrants.

15.

Entertain a motion to adjourn.
