from the previous meeting of Commissioners' Court held October 5, 2020 Notice of Special Meeting.

Discuss and consider approving

the revised Andrews County Holiday Schedule for 2021.

Discuss and consider approving

the Andrews County revised subdivision application.

Discuss and consider

issuing a Commissioners Court Order that grants an exemption from the competitive bidding requirements under LGC Sec 262.023 for purchase of Space Saver Records Storage System from MOTUS Space Solutions for Andrews County Sheriff’s Office estimated to be over $50,000.00 pursuant to the discretionary exemption in LGC 262.024(a)(7) as an item that can be obtained from only once source.

Discuss and consider approving

Invoice II44000458 in the amount of $117, 275.00 from Motus Space Solutions for the purchase and installation of Space Saver Records Storage System to be paid from Fund 101, Jail Construction Fund.

Andrews County's participation under Wagner Supply Company's Buyboard Contract #569-18 for all products purchased from Wagner Supply Company.

Discuss and consider approving

Invoice No. 23 in the amount of $17,100.00 from Burns Architecture, LLC for construction administration services at the new Andrews County Sheriff's Office and Jail to be paid from Fund 101, Jail Construction Fund.

Discuss and consider approving

Application and Certification for Payment No. 10 in the amount of $21,660.00 from Teinert Construction for progress billing for construction services at the new Andrews County Food Pantry  to be paid to Andrews Independent School District from Fund 47, Legacy Fund.

Discuss and consider approving

Application and Certificate for Payment No. 19 in the amount of $49,146.86 from Sedalco, Inc. for construction services at the new Andrews County Sheriff’s Office and Jail to be paid from Fund 101, Jail Construction Fund. 
14.

Discuss and consider appoving

to waive the rental and deposit fees for the Community Building Wednesday, October 14, 2020 from 2:30-3:30P.M. for a Town Hall Legislative Update Meeting with questions and answers to follow with State Representative Mike Conaway. 
15.

Discuss and consider

accepting $25,000.00 from the Permian Basin Regional Planning Commission to be used towards the purchase of the generator at the new Sheriff's Office and Jail. These funds will be receipted into Fund 101, Jail Construction Fund, to offset the cost of the generator paid through Sedalco, the Construction Manager At Risk.

Discuss and consider approving

the purchasing of office furniture from National Business Furniture in the total amount of $45,081.85, comprised of Invoice CV998928-TDQ in the amount of $30,664.60 and Invoice CW001026 in the amount of $14,417.25, under BuyBoard Contract #584-19 to be paid out of Fund 101, Jail Construction Fund.

Discuss and consider approving

a Resolution to approve Judge Charlie Falcon, Ann Leach, and Nancy Crow for the terms beginning January 1, 2021 through December 31, 2022 to the Board of Directors of the Andrews County Appraisal District.

Discuss and consider approving

a request for $15,000.00 to fund the 4th of July Fireworks show organized by the Andrews Chamber of Commerce as approved by the Andrews Legacy Committee.
19.

Discuss and consider approving

a request of $4,900.00 to fund the Veterans' Day festivities sponsored by the Andrews High School Council as approved by the Andrews Legacy Committee. The funds requested include $1,500.00 for a speaker at the Veterans' Day Program, $400.00 rental of the James Roberts Center and $3,000.00 for the meals provided by Mesquite Burners.
20.

Hear presentation

from Robin Harper, Andrews County Tax Assessor-Collector, regarding monthly report and disposition of Andrews County taxes collected for the month of September 2020.
21.

Discuss and consider approving

quote 016782 from CSI in the amount of $77,264.74 for cabling and fiber runs at the Ace Arena. This is part of the budgeted wireless project to be paid from Fund 015, Capital Improvement Fund.
22.

Discuss and consider approving

quote 013932 from CTSI in the amount of $197,280.56 for the budgeted wireless project which will connect and establish the County's wireless network to be paid from Fund 015, Capital Improvement Fund.

Discuss and consider approving

the 2021 Andrews County Resolution for the Indigent Defense Grant Program.

Discuss and consider approving

the revised 2020 Fall Golf Tournament Schedule.
25.

Discuss and consider approving

the full-time employment of Samantha Valenzuela for the position of a secretary pay grade 1, step 11 at a rate of $19.20 an hour, effective October 13, 2020 for the Andrews County Human Resource Office.
26.

Discuss and consider approving

request from Steve Eggleston, City Manager of Andrews to allow the city to convert one of the tennis courts located at the Andrews Country Club into three(3) pickle ball courts at the City's expense.
27.

Consider approving the various budget amendments for the 2020-2021 Budget year under Local Government Code 111.010(d).

28.

Consider approving the payment of financial obligations and payroll for Andrews County and cancel all warrants.

29.

Entertain a motion to adjourn.
