 from the previous meetings of Commissioners' Court held September 29, 2020 and September 30, 2020 Notice of Special Meeting.

Open the floor for public forum

Public comments, announcements and presentations will be limited to a maximum of three (3) minutes, unless a member of the court requests additional time for the presenter.
6.

Discuss and consider approving

the Resolution proclaiming October 4-10, 2020 as National 4-H Week in Texas commending the 4-H Youth Development Program of the Texas Agrilife Extension Service.
7.

Discuss and consider approving the following job postings:

Parks-Janitor, Parks-Mechanical Technician, Health Department-LVN, Human Resources-Secretary, Sheriff-4 Deputies, Sheriff-Jailers, Sheriff-Kitchen Manager.
8.

Discuss and consider approving

the transfer of a Nikon Camera (Asset Tag # 8885) from the Andrews County Exposition Arena to the Andrews County Judge's Office.
9.

Discuss and consider approving

to declare as salvage to be destroyed the following items from Andrews County Juvenile Probation Department, pursuant to Local Government Code 263.152(a)(3):Small Computer Desk, End Table, Filing Cabinet Drawer, 2 Metal Chairs (Asset Tag #s 4443 & 4444), 1 Guest Chair.

Discuss and consider approving

the transfer of a Wooden Bookshelf and 3 Rolling Desk Chairs from the Andrews County Juvenile Probation Office to Andrews County Precinct 3.
11.

Discuss and consider approving

the transfer of an Office Desk with Filing Cabinet, Small Couch, and 2 Guest Chairs from the Andrews County Juvenile Probation Office to the Andrews County Attorney's Office.
12.

Discuss and consider approving

the transfer of an Office Desk with Hutch and 4 Guest Chairs from the Andrews County Juvenile Probation Office to the Adult Probation Department.
13.

Discuss and consider approving

the purchase of a 2020 Ford F-250 Crew Cab Short Bed 4x4 in the amount of $62,994.00, HGAC Contract Number AM10-20 from Siddens-Martin Emergency Group for the Andrews County Fire Marshall, Mike Cook.
14.

Consider approving the various budget amendments for the 2020-2021 Budget year under Local Government Code 111.010(d).

15.

Consider approving the payment of financial obligations and payroll for Andrews County and cancel all warrants.

16.

Entertain a motion to adjourn.

unless otherwise specified on the agenda, the Court will announce any other parties who are authorized to be present during the deliberations in Executive Session and will announce under what section of the Texas Government Code the Commissioners Court is using as its authority to inter to Executive Session.
