introduction of the new project engineer with Maverick Engineering Ralph Truszkowski, by Andrew Mellen, Managing Partner, and discuss transition and status of 2020 CTIF.

presentation from Assistant City Manager/Director of Public Works, Scott Wallace regarding airport crossing of city's water line.

Open the floor for public forum

Public comments, announcements and presentations will be limited to a maximum of three (3) minutes, unless a member of the court requests additional time for the presenter.

Approve

the minutes from the previous meeting of Commissioners' Court held January 5, 2021.

Discuss and consider

approving a Salary Grievance Committee to be comprised of the County Judge, County Clerk, County Sheriff, District Clerk, District Attorney, Tax Assessor-Collector, four public members and one alternative chosen from the grand jurors of the previous term in compliance with Local Government Code 152.014.
9.

Discuss and consider

approving to amend the Memorandum of Understanding between Andrews County (County), City of Andrews (City) and Andrews Independent School District (AISD) for COVID-19 testing for AISD personnel and students and for City employees and first responders by the Andrews County Health Department pursuant to ACHD guidelines, costs of which would be borne by the the City from the City's Coronavirus Relief Fund (CRF) allocation.

Discuss and consider

approving Application and Certificate for Payment No.3 in the amount of $123,426.85 from Pharr & Company for construction services at Legacy Park to be paid from Fund 47, Legacy Fund.
11.

Discuss and consider

approving to change fees from $30.00 a night with a bag of shavings to $20.00 a night without shavings for the Andrews County Ace Arena Expo. 
12.

Discuss and consider

approving to lower the cost of the outside stalls for the Andrews County Ace Arena Expo. 
13.

Discuss and consider

approving to post a Clerk Position for the Justice of the Peace office. 
14.

Consider approving the various budget amendments for the 2020-2021 Budget year under Local Government Code 111.010(d).

15.

Consider approving the payment of financial obligations and payroll for Andrews County and cancel all warrants.

16.

Entertain a motion to adjourn.
