Public comments, announcements and presentations will be limited to a maximum of three (3) minutes, unless a member of the court requests additional time for the presenter.

Hear

request from Shaun Kelley for a travel baseball tournament event held at the Baseball Complex and use of 3 fields on February 27 & 28, 2021 and take action as necessary.

Approve

the minutes from the previous meeting of Commissioners' Court held December 29, 2020.
7.

Discuss and consider

approving an Order Prohibiting Outdoor Burning in Andrews County effective January 5, 2021 through April 5, 2021 in accordance with Local Government Code Section 352.081.

Discuss and consider

approving the Texas Official Bond, Statement and/or Oath for the following: Sean B. Galloway, Rusty Stewart, Mike Cook, Kerry Pack, Jeneane Anderegg, Ronny R. Alaniz, Dan Gomez, Robin Harper, Courtney Moore, Carol White, Kristi McCurdy, Nancy M. Jimenez, Kristy Marshall, Sherry Dushane, Karina Pando Carabajal, Rachel Hall, Jackie Renae Alaniz, Graciela Mendoza, Vicki Scott, Bobi Parker, Rosalba Miranda, Anabella Estrada, and Amber Harris.

Discuss and consider

approving the Andrews County Clerk's project for additional mobile shelving for historical miscellaneous volumes and the original Deed of Trust volumes, mobile shelving will be provided by Motus Space Solutions through the TXMAS contract or Sourcewell pricing. The project will be paid from the County Clerk's Record Management Fund.

Discuss and consider

approving a date to tour and inspect the county buildings and appoint a committee comprised of two commissioners and two representatives from the Andrews County Parks Department for the tour and inspection.

Discuss and consider

approving the blanket bond for the Tax Assessor-Collector Deputies.

Discuss and consider

approving a Judge Pro-Tem for 2021.

Discuss and consider

approving a Salary Grievance Committee to be comprised of the County Judge, County Clerk, County Sheriff, District Clerk, District Attorney, Tax Assessor-Collector, four public members and one alternative chosen from the grand jurors of the previous term in compliance with Local Government Code 152.014.

Discuss and consider

approving the 2021 IRS standard mileage reimbursement rate of 56 cents per mile for Andrews County effective January 1, 2021 pursuant to Andrews County Personnel Policy. 
15.

Discuss and consider

approving entering into a Network Service Agreement (NSA) with Cigna Health and Life Insurance Company dba 90 Degree Benefits to participate in Cigna's network of physicians, hospitals and other health care practitioners and entities in order to provide or arrange for the provision of covered services under the Andrews County self-insured health care benefit plan.

Consider approving the various budget amendments for the 2020-2021 Budget year under Local Government Code 111.010(d).

17.

Consider approving the payment of financial obligations and payroll for Andrews County and cancel all warrants.

18.

Entertain a motion to adjourn.
